Keyboard navigation
All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard. Focus management is enforced for modals, drawers, and dynamic content. Tab order follows visual layout.

Screen readers
Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and live regions are used to ensure screen reader compatibility. Dynamic content updates are announced via role=status and role=alert.

Color and contrast
State is never conveyed by color alone. Text contrast ratios meet AA thresholds. Icons and interactive elements include accessible names.

Continuous improvement
Accessibility is reviewed as part of the frontend code review process. New components are tested for keyboard, screen reader, and contrast compliance before shipping.
