The terms governing your use of Bidzo products and services.

§ 01

Acceptance

By accessing or using Bidzo services, you agree to these terms. If you are using Bidzo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

§ 02

Services

Bidzo provides a procurement intelligence and execution platform including GeM tender operations, custom technology, AI automation, and marketplace services. Service scope depends on your subscription tier and engagement terms.

§ 03

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify Bidzo immediately of any unauthorized access. You must not share account access with unauthorized parties.

§ 04

Payment terms

Fees are as described in your subscription or engagement agreement. Success-fee arrangements are defined per engagement. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Invoices are issued per the billing schedule in your plan.

§ 05

Intellectual property

Bidzo retains ownership of the platform, tools, and technology. You retain ownership of your data. Work product created specifically for your engagement is governed by the applicable SOW or contract.

§ 06

Limitation of liability

Bidzo's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Bidzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

§ 07

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ludhiana, Punjab, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
